Maddex Solutions solely utilizes Stripe to process payments and invoices. Unfortunately, we do not offer PayPal or Cashapp payments. Additionally, as Maddex Solutions is based in Germany, payments are processed in Euro (€).

Of course! Please open a commission ticket in our Discord and we can discuss your plans further. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to take your commission right away, but we will do our best to get it done as soon as possible!

After payment is processed, the latest version of the product will be shared with your email, and once accepted, ownership will be transferred to you.

Of course! Once you purchase a product, you automatically join the Maddex Family! That said, support will be provided for any products or commissions. If you made significant changes to your product, support may be limited, but we will do our best to solve any problems!
