• R&T Membership Management System (MMS)

  • The MMS part of the product will allow you to keep track of and manage your interviewers and trainers efficiently and accurately. If you wish to import those from your current rosters, this system will include a general roster with status, credit, information, and department-specific columns.

  • Global activity panels.

  • Member lookups and button-based (Google Apps Scripts) panels are included to make management simpler and more professional.

• Recruit Tracking System (RRT)

  • The RRT will allow you to control and oversee a recruit's status and stage in the training phase.

  • Tracking is automatic via a Google Form trainers can fill out, automatically moving the recruit in the system.

  • Additionally, an export will be made available for other rosters to display recruit statuses.

• Google Forms - all forms come with xfanatical protection!

  • Extensive Signup Form - let users sign up to your department with a form that has extensive and detailed response validation.

  • Trainer Tracking Form - tracks a trainer's activity and automatically adjusts a recruit's status.

  • Recruit Feedback Form - allow recruits to provide feedback on their experience. This feedback will be translated into user-friendly graphs and statistics.

  • R&T Action Form - this form will serve as a log for certain actions and an automation request form to start and complete certain automation requests, such as removing recruits, removing a ride-along, etc.

  • Commend & Complaint Form - a simple commend and complaint form and extensive panels to handle responses.
